Sophie Lloyd - Imposter Syndrome - review

Sophie Lloyd - Imposter Syndrome

In July, we published review of guitarist Nita Strauss's solo album, and a few month later we receive another release like this. This time the author is Sophie Lloyd, British female guitarist who started her career from publishing shred covers and own materials in YouTube service. She became famous, having now more then million subscribers, and during 2022 she joined Machine Gun Kelly's concerts line-up. And the final act is artist's solo album released on 9th November 2023 titled "Imposter Syndrome".
11 compositions recorded featuring many different artists create truly interesting album, what should not be strange thing for anybody when one's keep in ming the fact that Sophie graduated from the prestigious BIMM in 2018 with a First Class Honours BMus in Popular Music Performance.

Doro - Conqueress – Forever Strong and Proud - review

Doro - Conqueress – Forever Strong and Proud

As we previously announced with November's new releases on October 27th, 2023 German vocalist Doro's new album was released. The Album titled "Conqueress: Forever Strong and Proud" is artists 14th studio solo album and brings the music that shows that Doro still likes what she does and does what she likes. We got few stronger songs, few ballads, and cover recorder featuring Rob Halford at the end..
Whole thing has 15 tracks, for which fans had to wait 5 years (a year less then for previous record), but it was worth waiting to see that she really deserved a place in the pantheon of heavy metal stars.

Ronnie Romero - Too Many Lies, Too Many Masters - review

Ronnie Romero - Too Many Lies, Too Many Masters

September 15, 2023 was the date when Ronnie Romero released his real first solo album. Artist known better for his cooparation with bands like Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, Vandenberg, or Michael Schenker Group, has previously released two studio albums but they included only covers. Now he gives us completely solo material and must be said that this is a piece of good music.
Although "Too Many Lies, Too Many Masters" is his first fully solo studio album, Ronnie has already recorded quite a few albums, including two cover albums mentioned above. He also recorded 20 studio albums with another 11 artists of few music styles. He sang for example for power metal band Lords of Black or hard rock/heavy metal Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow and Elegant Weapons. That is also his new album - interesting vocal, interesting music, interesting guitar solos - everything what's important in hard rock and heavy metal.
