Candidates and new albums - #45

Here are the candidates for another (45 / 220) week of our Stef Metal Chart with the albums they promote.

- "" - Xandria
Title track from Xandria's brand new album. The album was released on August 7th, 2026 via Napalm Records and contains 11 new tracks. This is the band's ninth studio album in their history started in 1997.

- "" - Iapetus
The first single from "The Mother Void" - new album by U.S. Progressive/Melodic Death Metal duo, Iapetus, coming October 16th via Willowtip Records. The band was formed in 2010 and new record will be their third studio album.

- "" - Ironflame

Following YT video description - originally formed in 2016, Ironflame has released five full-length records since 2025. This month, on August 14th, Ironflame's sixth studio album, "Worlds to Conquer", was released.

- "" - Lysis

"Blackout" is another single by Swedish metalcore band LÝSIS. They formed in 2018 and still working on their debut album which is expected to be released later in 2026.

- "" - Serpentry

Taken from Serpentry's New EP "Evolution of Extinction". Serpentry is Australian death/threash metal band. In 2025 they released their debut album. Current line-up:
